COMPLETE HOME RENOVATION
From our initial meeting, it was such a pleasure to deliver on this client’s brief. Whilst we concentrated on the main key areas of this home to ensure that the spaces were uniquely tailored to accommodate the lifestyle of our clients and their specific needs.
Both the master en-suite and main bathroom underwent complete transformations resulting in a calming, luxurious and inviting space which offers ample storage and enhanced functionality.
The laundry, while already a functional space, lacked sufficient storage and the requirement of a pull-out robin-hood ironing board. We maximised the area with smart storage solutions including pull-out laundry hamper and a uniquely positioned hidden cupboard to house the pull-out ironing board.
Without major structural changes, the extensively laid hybrid timber flooring now replaces the initial tiled flooring which has provided a dramatic transformation.
As part of the brief, the kitchen was also re-designed to include ample storage including a spacious walk-in pantry. With a thoughtfully designed layout and a warm tonal colour palette, the kitchen has become the heart of the home, accommodating large family gatherings with ease and functionality.
In the office, bespoke cabinetry was created along the entire wall, incorporating a pull-out drawer to store the printer and other client-specific needs.
The entry foyer of the home, the original limestone brick walls were rendered, and the outdated floor tiles were replaced with large format tiles significantly opening up the space. The re-designed entry door was painted in Dulux’s vibrant and rich Belly Fire adding a bold and welcoming touch.
It has been a true pleasure to assist a wonderful couple bring their vision to life and to see them enjoying their beautiful newly renovated home.
